I have been a craftsman man for 46 years. Every tool I own is craftsman. I do wood works and I do a lot of metal work and aluminum work. You name it I do it. And I have all the tools that I need to do all that type of work. And all the tools are CRAFTSMAN TOOLS. When I go in to buy something in your store pertaining to tools I ask the manager for a craftsman CAP they tell me NO. Over the years I must of have bought THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of tools. I can't even get a cap. It's not right. You sponser all typs of race cars, give them Millions of dollars but you can't give the people who buy from you and keep you in buisness, you can't give them a simple thing like a CAP. Remeber the little people who enjoy your products. Thanks for reading my sorrows. Please don't dissappoint me. I have use craftsman tools for most my life .I'm 65 years old. My wife knows I like craftsman tools ,that's the only kind she will buy me. I just got done putting a new deck on my home and I USED MY CRAFTSMAN TABLE SAW, AND MY CRAFTSMAN LEVEL AND SQUARE,AND MY
CORDLESS CRAFTSMAN DRILL, AND MY CRAFTSMAN HAMMER. I LIKE CRAFTSMAN TOOLS BECAUSE CRAFTSMAN STANDS BEHIND THEIR TOOLS. I LOVE MY CRAFTSMAN WHEEL BARREL . IT IS VERY USEFUL TOO.THANKS A LOT FOR ALL CRAFTSMAN TOOLS THEY
