We have been a Turtle Jack's card holder since Turtle Jack's opened in Hamilton. We are sad that the Turtle Jack's on Upper Centennial is not crediting our points to our card when we eat there. We complained about this the last time we eat there and the manager (Kelly) gave us a $10.00 coupon and said he was sorry for the error.
My wife and I ate there tonight, and once again we did not receive any points towards our card. Before we will return to Turtle Jack's Upper Centennial, we want assurance that this matter will be corrected.
