Hi Jane,
To change the mailing information, you have to contact Kraft Canada. Please click on the link listed in the original post and then click on the “Ask Us” link at the bottom in order to contact Kraft directly.

I called Kraft Canada twice to change my address because I moved. They told me they can't change it and I have to go online.

How come I no longer receive my What's cooking magazine? I was receiving for over two years and now, nothing for about 5-6 months…
And now, I get a message that Kraft Canada is no longer accepting new membership. But I am a member already!!!

I also had been getting this wonderful magazine for over 8years, suddenly I am not getting them anymore plus I no longer get e-mails with the recipies from Kraft. It seems they have dropped me completely from their lists. What is going on????

Thanks for your comment. I am also a subscriber too. From what I read in the previous issue, Kraft is going to change their magazines to the electronic format.

Therefore, we will only get electronic copies of this magazine.

I used to get my kraft what's cooking magazines but it seems I haven't gotten an of them lately. Did my membership expire? My sister in law and I signed up at the same time but she still has been receiving hers? How do I renew my subsciption?

I don't know about you, but reading for a while on a computer screen really hurts my eyes, not to mention, gives me a headache.

I prefer the magazine to be in my hands.

So that is a disappointment. Especially since they told me they'd start sending me the Healthy Living version, and I never received one.

Is the American issue still being printed, or is that also electronic now?

I know what you mean, this is so disappointing, I was always getting my magazine and really looked forward to it, now all of a sudden I don't receive it anymore while my mother who signed up a the same time still does. I used to rely on that magazine for many of my dinner ideas, but I don't have time to browse through an electronic magazine, I barely ever get to use the computer unless my family is out of the house.

I am with you Sharon and I love to look at my magazine while I am travelling! Where I live it is impossible to do that on my computer!
All of my friends who get the magazine are still receiving it and I really miss mine!

Hi, I'm in the same boat as the rest of you. I was receiving Kraft What's Cooking Magazine for many years and all of a sudden I don't receive it anymore. I love to see the book version rather that by email. I do hope they will not discontinue the magazine as I also try most of the recipes. They are GREAT! (Please reconsider your decision!!)

Very disappointed that the magazine is now electronic. Working on a computer ALL DAY i preferred the magazine

PLEASE PLEASE, keep the magazine going it is so nice to get in the mail!! I always look forward to recieving it!!! Plus there are plenty of people who don't have email (internet ) and they would get cut off from all of the great ideas and cost saving recipes! our society is way too reliant on the web nowadays! it is convinient but the magazine is much more usable! how can you follow a recipe from the computer…I doubt everyone has a laptop in their kitchen!

Wow, I thought i was the only one not receiving my What's cooking magazine lately. I really miss it. It was nice going to the mailbox to find something interesting and not only bills! I enjoyed sitting with my cup of coffee looking at the magazine, thinking of what i'd try next.

I haven't received the magazine since last summer and I really miss it. I had been receiving it for years and suddenly it stopped. Yet other people I know are still receiving it regularly. Can you please send it again???

The magasine format was so good I stopped getting Candian Living magasine in my home. I think that the hands on aspect of the magasine was a success. Before that I used to pick up individual cards , flyers, calenders, etc.at the grocery stores that contained recipe suggestions but the format varied and ideas were often repeated . I thought the magasine idea was perfect because icould use it while planning my shopping list. The online thing is not the same and frankly I won't use it as much. Cookiing and food shopping is not something I do onlinebut is a more an "in person " activity.Kraft Cooking Magasine came into my personal space and through me was on hand while making our family food purchasing and preparation and was often shared with younger and older family members ,friends and left at out rental summer home to share with people from all over the country.Sorry to see this this no longer available to new subscribers..

I agree with many of the comments. I really miss getting the paper version of the magazine to compile grocery lists and plan meals. I do not know why I no longer get the magazine and I do NOT have a home computer to review electronically. ( I am using a friend's computer right now to correspond.)

I had been receiving the What's Cooking magazine until the summer issue. I greatly appreciated the magazine and wish to receive them again. I saw the fall issue at a friend's home this past week end. Please verify and let me know what has happened so I can receive them again.

I used to receive the What's Cooking magazine from the very beginning but suddenly I stopped receiving it. Now if I want to get it, I have to pay. My girlfriend is still receiving hers and she even receives 2! One in French and one in English! Is there any possibility of my continuing to receive the magazine? Thankyou.

I was having coffee with some friends and this topic came up – I said you have to pay for the subscription now – and they said no – they still receive the free copy! How come I had to pay?? I sent a cheque a few weeks ago and have not received a copy as yet – my friends received the latest issue – and they did not have to pay for a subscription!

After reading all the comments I'm also another disappointed would be reader of your beautiful magazine and would gladly pay for a subscription. Why would u discontinue such a wonderful thing. Most people who would really like to receive ur magazine do not even own a computor. Please reconsider and I'm sure even if u charged all ur customers plus would be thrilled. Would u please reconsider.
