“Google is giving away a permanent 2GB addition to your existing Google Drive when you finish performing the Account Security Check.
This an annual event to promote “Safer Internet Day” starting Feb 9th. For those that has already done the check last year, you can perform the check again for an additional 2GB that stacks with last years 2GB for a total of 19GB (free Google Drive account).”
