What a joke. They offer you a free gift and then no matter how you type in your login (making sure its correct every time) and the system tells you there are errors. Thank you Rogers!!!

I am about to move to a new house and am debating as to whether or not to switch from Rogers to Bell for the fibre optic package.
Because of this waste of my time trying to log in to you giveaway, I will most likely switch to Bell for phone, tv and internet.
This is a loss to Rogers of $1800 a year for the next 20 years. If you want to persuade me that I am making a mistake, contact me very soon.
I have already had a profile made out last week with one of your agents but this really pissed me off.

Rogers, try being a good guy for once. There should be no strings attached to your so call, Customer Appreciation Gift Giveaway. In no way does this show any kind of appreciation towards your customers.
Let me ask you this. Rogers do you really care? I have my doubts.
